Account Terms
To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process. You are responsible for safeguarding the password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to close your account at any time for any or no reason.
Vehicle Listing Policies
When listing a vehicle on our platform, you must provide accurate and complete information about the vehicle. You must have the legal right to sell the vehicle you are listing. Prohibited listings include stolen vehicles, vehicles with altered VINs, and vehicles with undisclosed significant damage. We reserve the right to remove any listing that violates these policies or that we determine, in our sole discretion, is inappropriate.
Payment Terms
Listing a vehicle on our platform may require payment of fees. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time. You are responsible for paying all fees and applicable taxes associated with your use of our Service. Failure to pay fees may result in the removal of your listings and/or termination of your account.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by UzaSasa and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, or transmit any of the material on our Service without prior written consent.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall UzaSasa, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
Disclaimer
Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an 'AS IS' and 'AS AVAILABLE' basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance. UzaSasa does not warrant that the Service will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location, or that any errors or defects will be corrected.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Tanzania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
